This property was in the heart of Chiang Mai and it was incredible. The food, entertainment, and cultural experiences were abundant and everything we hoped for. The staff was so kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Our stay was delightful.

The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter a stranger smell, I think it was coming from the AC unit ( but i am unsure). I will say the smell wasn't unbearable. But overall the stay was good

Great breakfast with good variety. Super nice staff! Room was very nice and they gave us water bottles in the fridge every day. A great place to stay if you want to be just outside of Chiang Mai but still really close to all the markets and anything else you would want to walk to.

The property is in good condition and renovated. However the room was small. We are three people and they had an extra bed which is nice. The bathroom is small as well but clean. We saw a cockroach outside of our room. The lobby and breakfast is okay. The staff are friendly and nice. No complains. If you are on a budget then this is your place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - I was worried about the small windows but there was still plenty of natural light in our room! The hotel was clean which is always my biggest concern and we didn’t have any problems with bugs or anything! We enjoyed our evenings at the pool even though it closes at 8 and the hotel is in a great location next to the canal! We really liked our stay here!

This is an ultra modern, well run hotel with friendly staff, the star of the hotel is NUM, from meeting and greeting at breakfast to cleaning the rooms on the 2nd floor, my room included! He was so friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job in cleaning my room, nothing too much trouble for NUM , he and the rest of the team made us feel welcome, my room was clean but small , breakfast was good , can buy beer and soft drinks in reception which is good , stayed for 4 nights, 1st time in Chang mai but not my last , I will definitely stay again at sleep mai , highly recommended, thank you again to NUM and the helpful staff at sleep mai

Paying a bit extra and getting a room with a balcony made for a pleasant stay. The room was large and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.The only thing thing I didn't like was the pool.Unfortunately, they had limited space to put a pool and getting to the chairs felt very precarious. There was no room around the pool and slippery tiles. It didn't feel very safe, also a lot of chlorine.

I would stay again

Had a good three (3) days stay here at Sleep Mai. The room was comfortable, clean and all your basic needs for a good nights' rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most , if not all, of them could communicate with basic English, a plus point for us that cannot speak Thai. They try their very best to attend to your needs. I appreciate that very much. The location of the hotel makes it easy to reach most night markets, sight-seeing by foot. Getting a private hire was relative easy. Just have to take note that the entrance to the hotel is in an ally, so some bigger private hires might not be able to drive you to the door step (which wasn't an issue for me). I would stay again.
