The room was dirty The bathroom light didn’t work No hot water Room had bugs in it Had to kill 6 roaches while there. Horrible experience!

Gets the Job Done

As far as what you need in a hotel in Chiang Mai, it has it. It has rooms that lock, lock boxes in the lobby, tour options, decent breakfast, functioning AC, and even a computer you can use in the lobby. The staff's English is sub-par, and the general cleanliness could improve. 4 cockroaches came up out of the drain about 3 minutes into my shower. Everything is sorta dusty and grimy, but having said that, I would stay again. You could do a lot worse for the money.
