Since the day one to the end, the staff were friendly and polite, especially the staff PAM who sever us at the restaurant. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast comes with a good spread of cuisine and varity.

The staff was super friendly and the morning buffet was delicious, even if it had some not so breakfast choices. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Highly recommend this hotel for a affordable but luxury feel.

Feels more like a condominium than resort. Asked for a room with view, was given a room in the middle of buildings, obstructed view all around. Realised there are rooms with unblocked views and ask to change in the afternoon. Reception said no changes after 2pm. Honestly disappointed.

This is a nice hotel overall. There is a huge mall just down the road from it as well. Everything is driving distance within 10-15min. Hotel staff were all kind and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great.

Breakfast provided in this resort is unseen! I would say it is breakfast, lunch combined, with multiple salad, soups, and Thai cuisine dishes. And all that comes with genuine Thai hospitality. Resort is very well maintaned and tidy. Highly recommend!

Property is brand new hotel which replaced old one. Very clean and staff nice. Hotel is being run for company meetings and weddings. Expensive ,ie. 70 baht for room ice ect.. Transport is an issue as not in a good location for local walking and shops. Not many tourists as mostly Thai staying here. Buffet good and staff very nice. Better bang for buck can be found.

The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them. Some clean towels still had stains in them.
