"Place was spotless
One of the hotel staff was a little rude we asked for an extra bedsheet and she asked why? I never experienced this before
Ac could have been better
Other than that someone helped carry suitcase to our room
People at the kitchen were super nice
Breakfast was really good
Overall I would come here again"
"It was a real treat to stay here in the heart of Chiang Rai. It was raining the day we were there so we did not use the pool but the bed was very comfy and the restaurant food was good"
"My ENTIRE experience at this property was 10 STARS !! I traveled solo for my birthday. I arrived at the property before 11 am. Pippy did not hesitate to allow me to checkin and gain access to my room immediately!! I was also greeted at checkin by Tony (front desk Manager) who presented me with this gorgeous Thai arrangement from which he pulled a bracket, informed me of the Thai tradition and blessing then tied it on my wrist! On my actual birthday, the staff surprised me at my room singing Happy Birthday with cake and candle! I was SPEECHLESS!! I was traveling solo but I definitely did not feel alone! The entire team felt like life-long friends! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant at every single encounter! I will absolutely return to this property. I encourage anyone to treat yourself to experience this perfect oasis in Chiang Rai. You will not regret it."
