Vacation

Visited with family, love the scenery, pool, restaurant dining, breakfast and great customer services. However, we booked the "Premier Chalet" but feel the room is a bit run down and need some update and renovation. Also, we booked the massage session, great massage and service but again we feel the place need some upgrade too. Overall was enjoyable stay for a short get away trip.

Loved the Pool Villa! Spacious room with privacy of own pool. Also enjoyed pool near the restaurant. Great daily food options with free breakfast and other meals to order and room service. Enjoyed fitness room and walking the grounds. Staff friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

今次入住的是酒店的pool villa ，好正！對於想純hea的人，值得推薦。獨立泳池，高私隱艷水。 酒店位處山上，自己駕車去也容易找。環境優美，有sheep farm，還可以玩射箭同ATC car。 出入要坐golf 車，staff 都算helpful。 早餐也不錯。

悪い点 浴槽に備え付けのシャワーヘッドが半壊していて、蛇口からシャワーに切り替えた時に水が飛び散った。 朝食時のレントランにハエが多く、これの対応がされていなかった。タイでは仕方ないことだが…。 良い点 ロケーション、カートやフロント・レストラン・バーのスタッフ対応、部屋の清潔さ…、どれも一流であった。 街から離れているので、時間に余裕があるときであれば、また利用したく思う。 なお、サンデーナイトマーケットに行く予定であれば、街にたどり着くこと、帰ってくることが大変なので、土曜日の宿泊はオススメしない。

Nice property in pleasant setting. A ways outside of city so without extensive driving you are limited to what the hotel provides. Restaurant OK but would not want to eat there for many meals.

There are only few equipment in the gym. The swimming is small. It is also very noisy as staff turned on music during work. During our stay, there was an event. Music was very loud and did not stop until 11 pm. No prior notice was given about the event or the music. It was very disappointing as I booked this hotel for tranquility.
