Podere La Sterza-Il Fienile

Detached house that is part of a Podere consisting of 2 residential units. Ground floor consists of a spacious sun terrace, spacious kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with separate shower and toilet and then a separate bathroom. Upstairs, the bedrooms open onto another terrace. There is a private swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters with a spacious garden and solarium and BBQ around it. The swimming pool is exclusively for the guests of our house.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 guests.
