The rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of 1,500.00€ and with the restrictions provided).

The rate does not include: Mandatory extra
cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per week per animal and up to medium size). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Cutrera is a newly built villa in the south-east of Sicily, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Perfectly equipped to accommodate up to six guests, the property is on one level and includes three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a spacious open space living area with kitchen and dining table. The interiors, decorated in a contemporary style with touches of color, are characterized by large windows that open onto shaded porches and a lush garden. Designed for outdoor living, the villa has a furnished pergola next to the salt pool, while on a raised wooden platform there is a hot tub and a relaxation area with garden views. The sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa and the baroque cities of Modica, Ragusa and Scicli are within easy reach. N.b.: An independent and separate neighboring house is only a few meters away at the back of the villa.

The villa of about 200 square meters is spread on the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR — Large open-plan living area with seating area, fireplace, smart TV, dining area (with table and chairs for 8 guests) and kitchen with central island; laundry room; three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The large French windows of the living area and bedrooms allow direct access to the porches and the garden. Air conditioning throughout the house.
Park:
The property is reached via a paved country road that leads to a gravel driveway and an outdoor parking area. The landscaped garden, of about 300 square meters, is characterized by gravel paths bordered by light local stone, lawn, cactus, flowering shrubs and mature Mediterranean plants. A porch extends on two sides of the house, furnished with dining areas (table and chairs for 8 guests) and outdoor seating. Next to the kitchen entrance there is a stone barbecue. An independent pergola is located between the house and the pool, while another relaxation area with a pergola develops next to the raised platform that houses the hot tub. An ornamental pond with fountains and lotus flowers completes the setting. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 15 m from the villa and can be reached via a flat path on the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a depth of 0.90 to 2.50 m; covered in mosaic; salt purification; indoor and outdoor lighting; trampoline; access via Roman staircase and metal ladder. The surrounding solarium, of about 150 square meters, is paved with ceramic tiles and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool, a raised wooden platform houses a five-person hot tub with salt purification, illuminated, manually operated. A pergola furnished with sun loungers and seats is located next to the tub. The pool area is completed by a solar shower and a ladder that descends to a changing room with bathroom and hot shower. The pool and hot tub are open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
