"Volevo fare i complimenti a questa bellissima famiglia per la cura e la dedizione con cui porta avanti la struttura . Nuovissima , ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort nonché immersa in bellissimo verde e in un rilassante silenzio. Grazie anche per la loro gentilezza e per i prelibati prodotti del loro forno che abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare a colazione. Super consigliato !! "

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nella settimana di ferragosto e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è comoda, con parcheggio a disposizione e a circa un chilometro dal mare, facilmente raggiungibile. La vista sul mare è davvero piacevole e regala un’atmosfera rilassante. L’appartamento è silenzioso, ideale per riposarsi, e la colazione è stata ottima e abbondante. "Loved our stay here! Teresa’s place was stylish, personable, convenient, beautiful, cozy, authentic and welcoming. The view was amazing and breakfast superb. Teresa was an excellent host - she communicated so well and arranging everything for us even though it was a last-minute booking. Just the art in the place is worth coming for. "This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. "We were met with a smile and easily made it to our room. The location was outstanding with easy availability parking. The hotel bar was outstanding and had quality drinks. The dinner at the restaurant was one of if not the best we had in Italy. The room and bathroom were very clean. And tea and coffee were available in the room. Breakfast was also provided and was delicious. When we left, we were even given a nice parting gift. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. "

"Construction started 7am in the morning on a Sunday. When I approached the staff, first they denied it which is ridiculous in itself but eventually just didn't care. We left after the first night of a two night booking. "
