東横インは初めての利用でしたが、追加のマクラや充電器、傘など無料の貸し出しメニューが多めで助かりました。無料の朝食のメニューもホテルの宿泊料金を考えると良い感じでした。また、施設内のエレベーターは、カードキーがないと利用できないようになっているので、安全性も担保されていると思います。気になった点は、部屋の換気が不十分で、匂いが気になりました。また、浴室の換気扇が弱いため、浴室の湿気が排出されにくい状態でした。加えて、シャワーの水圧が低く、浴槽の排水も充分でないため、水回りに問題があると思います。ホテルの周辺は繁華街であるため、違法駐車が多く、客引きらしき人がいました。ただ、千葉駅に近いため、利便性は非常に高いので、気にしない方であれば問題ないと思います。

他の東横INNと同様、とても清潔でコスパのよいホテルで、ホテルが高騰する中大変助かっています。 朝食もおいしかったです。 ホテルには責任はないですが、場所が客引きなどが多い繁華街なのでキャッチなどに捕まらないよう注意が必要です。

朝ごはんは品数が差は少なかったがそこそこ美味しかった。お風呂は汚かったし、周りの治安も悪かった。最後にやはり二つしかベッドがなく、ソファーベッドのような施設がないなら３人で予約出来るようにしないべきである。
