"The room was too small and the location is not great. I know there are two stations next to the hotel but still its far from the centre and you need to change trains quite often. Also for a family please avoid as room will be very cramped, no matter what the hotel says. Also no shopping nearby except a 7/11 so you have to walk to ariake mall which is some distance. Overall try looking at other options if you are coming to see Tokyo. Wouldnt stay here again."
