Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago
The hotel was very nice, but our room was in a terrible state. There were bottle caps everywhere, and the sheets were not cleaned. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they cleaned the room up. It was a bit disappointing, especially since I arrived late.

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago
I love that there was a restaurant in the lobby, but the room had a funny smell and my college dorm from 20 years ago had a nicer bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly.
