Congress Plaza Hotel
"The room was clean and great overall. There are reviews about it being loud with sirens and street noise. Its true but you have to remember its downtown Chicago. If you check in for parking you cant leave. I recommend parking in a near by garage and taking public transportation around the city anyway. ..."
