Farmhouse on 5 secluded acres, surrounded by over 1400 acres of privately owned land. The only neighbors you will see are the cows or horses that may wander by. Only a 30 min drive to Chattanooga and all the city has to offer. The screened back porch features a dining table and views of the property. Deer, turkey and an abundance of birds frequently visit the backyard. Roast marshmallows in the firepit and look at the stars away from city light pollution. The large yard has plenty of room to throw a baseball or play football. Cloudland Canyon, Pigeon Mountain are both close by with hiking trails and waterfalls for you to enjoy. McLemore Golf Course, with the best finishing hole in America is a short 20 min drive up lookout mountain. The interior of the home has been renovated with guest comfort and convenience in mind. Both bathrooms feature walk in showers. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a large meal or make a nice cup of coffee. High speed WiFi is available to stream of all your devices. The large screen TV in the living room allows all seats to enjoy the show. Private tours of the neighboring farm can be arranged for little ones (or those young at heart) to see horses, cows, goats and chickens up close. Hayrides with views of lookout mountain available, included with 3 or more nights.

To start, the house was spotless and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely equipped. The property was secluded and peaceful. We loved stargazing and sitting around the fire pit. The house wasn’t far from Chattanooga at all. Communication was excellent and prompt. I highly recommend this property!

Had a wonderful spring break vacation - great location close to Chattanooga and plenty of hiking. House was well appointed, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Fire pit was fun and we enjoyed watching the wildlife at the adjacent lake.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at FarmHouse while exploring NW Georgia. The house is very clean and wonderfully furnished. It has everything that you could need. The outdoor space of the property was quiet and beautiful. The host regularly checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our kids loved the time that we spent and are already asking to book here again next year.

We had an incredible stay at this charming farmhouse! The owners were exceptional, going above and beyond by interacting with our family during the hay ride, which really added a personal and warm touch to the entire experience. The house itself was inviting, spacious, and perfect for our family and the occasion we were celebrating. From the cozy decor to the beautiful surroundings, every detail made our stay comfortable and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our weekend. We booked this property last minute and could not have been more pleased. The hostess communicated all details well in advance and was quick to realize that we needed a pack and play for our little one. The house was extremely clean with welcomed little extras. The property is beautiful. Our only regret was that we did not have more time to enjoy it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. It was close enough to downtown, but far enough away from the hustle and able to see the stars. (30min drive) The home was super clean and stocked with nice cookware/knives - which is difficult to come by! We really enjoyed our time there. The decor and property were lovely!

Above and beyond. The house was cleaned just hours before we arrived and it smelt great. The propane grill worked. The location is secluded, away from road noises but just minutes to Walmart, etc. Every amenity worked: bathrooms, WiFi, doors, lights, TV. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we stayed/prepared meals there for two days. We are definitely going to stay here again soon.

We loved staying here! The house is spacious and comfortable. It could not have been cleaner. The kind hosts provided s’mores supplies, wood, and fire starters to use outdoors around the fire pit. Fall colors are just starting to show. It was cool to have a true country setting with a nice front porch, a hitching post, and a rooster (only heard him when I opened the front door this morning).

We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very much at home. Melissa & Jamey are wonderful, caring hosts who have all the best things in mind. Our kids loved going on the hayride- I thought it made our stay even better. The home has all the right touches and feels quite cozy. We all slept very well and were able to make breakfast and dinner easily with all the kitchen things provided. The tub in the master bath was a treat! I especially enjoyed that. The area around the outside of the house is a beautiful and peaceful place to explore. We liked the location(Chickamauga) and found a great local coffee/breakfast spot- Kingdom Coffee. Also loved Rembrandt’s Coffee in Chattanooga. We would love to come back and stay here again. One of the best places for sure that we’ve stayed on VRBO.

Beautiful home secluded from main road. My grandkids were able to run around the yard and play. Nice larege screened porch, fire pit that we made smores that the owners were nice enough to leave all the things we would need, updated decor with very comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the essential items for cooking, and baking. The owner was very easy to communicate with over text on app. Check in was extremely easy. Walmart with some dining options was about 12 minute drive away. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this dreamy farmhouse for a double couple fall weekend and it felt like pure luxury! The home itself was beautifully decorated and full of creature comforts. Every space was inviting and small details made the home feel like a haven for guests. The comfy beds, the dual showers, the thick bath linens, a well stocked kitchen, complimentary toiletries, fun reads in the living room bookcase...so so many touches that elevated our stay but also made us feel like we were in the coziest of places. The screened in porch quickly became our favorite landing spot and the surrounding property offered no shortage of natural beauty. The owners could not have been more kind or generous. We had bottles of water on our bedside tables, ingredients for s'mores by the fire, great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We had a weekend full of activities in and around Chattanooga, but our stay at this sweet house in the country really made our getaway super special!

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 days and 3 nights for our family reunion weekend. It was very clean, relaxing and it made us all feel like we were home. It had everything that we needed. They knew our 10 month daughter would be there and they provided a pack and play, a stroller, high chair and they gifted her with a little stuff animal. I could go all day and talk about this property, let’s just say we didn’t want to leave. On our 3 day there we had a hay ride given by the property owners. The owners were very nice and helpful. We loved their energy and they were good people. They engaged with us throughout the hayride and they were very nice to the children. The view, the fire pit, the owners, the 5 acres were EVERYTHING!! We have already planned to rebook this property next year! I will say you will not be disappointed!!!

This home is so beautiful. The hosts were wonderful. They had complimentary waters on each bedside for us. They had waters, ginger ale, Folgers coffee, coffee filters, and tea for us in the cabinets. They had fresh flowers from their garden on the table. They had food places on a piece of paper waiting for us. They had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in each bathroom. They had laundry detergent waiting for us on the washer. Their kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The house is magnificently clean. You will want to stay on their screened in porch all day. They had smores, chocolate, and graham crackers for us for their fire pit. They brought us around the property on their tractor and trailer. They were so eager to meet us. Their beds are very comfortable. They have the wifi password ready for your stay. They answer messages immediately. We honestly didn't want to leave to come back home. We just wanted to stay with there with our hosts. We had the best time!

My family stayed here for 4 nights, and everything about this house was perfect! The hosts were phenomenal, and had everything we could have possibly needed waiting for us. We cooked several meals in the house, and had all the dishes, utensils, and cookware we needed. I messaged the host and asked if there was a grill available for us to use, and they made sure the grill was clean, and it had a new propane tank for us to use. When we arrived at the house, we had fresh flowers from their flower garden on the table along with a homemade loaf of delicious banana bread. They left us a folder with suggestions of things to do in the area, and some of their favorite restaurants. I just can't say enough about how beautiful and clean this house was. It was immaculate! There were water bottles waiting for everyone by the beside too. If you stay at least 3 nights, don't miss out on the sunset hayride! It was so nice to meet the property owners, and hear about the history of the land and property. They took us to the back of the property for a gorgeous sunset photo session. My favorite spot in the house was the screened in back porch. I spent every morning and every evening there enjoying the view and hearing the sounds of the property. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathtub in the master bedroom was the best place to soak after a long day of hiking in the area. We loved this property and we hope to visit again one day!
