"This property was very clean and had excellent air conditioning. It is an older home that has been updated. It is decorated very nicely. It is only 696 square ft! So it is very tiny but it was exactly what we needed for our five night stay. The only thing that I would say was a bit misleading about the listing is that it says it sleeps 6 but I am not sure how it could sleep six because there were only three beds; one full size bed and a twin / twin trundle bed. The living room couch did not pull out into a bed and was too narrow to sleep on. Being as small as it is there was not enough floor space to add an air bed. If you truly need sleeping space for six this would not be the one. The neighborhood is a little rundown but it's quiet. The home is also located near restaurants and shopping. All in all we had a good stay and we were happy with our rental."
