DistributionThis accommodation 3km from La Barrosa beach (5 min by car), is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor living room, with totally new and current furniture. Sofa and two armchairs-beds, dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and complete kitchenware. Cleanliness. In addition to front porch and backyard with built-in barbecue. On the upper floor, two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed) with ceiling fans and a bathroom.

Located in the private urbanization Real de la Barrosa. Pool with green areas, playground and soccer field. 5 min from the beach by car. Parking within the urbanization. 100m from large supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol, Dia) and bars, restaurants and cafes.

2 remarques par rapport aux filtres de notre demande : - nous avions précisé 2 salle de bains : en réalité il n'y en a qu'une seule, avec une douche à l'extérieur. - nous avions demandé la climatisation alors qu'il n'y avait que des ventilateurs aux plafonds, ce qui n'est pas agréable. A déconseiller par période de grande chaleur.
