I liked how friendly the staff was , I noticed goody bags on tge back counter at the front desk but didn't see anyone handing them out which I found very odd . What I didn't like was during my stay my room was never checked on meaning the trash was never taken out and I didn't get fresh towels and almost ran out of toilet paper .

We had three adults and an 80 lb. Lab. Room was ready, ample, clean, everything worked and the front desk was understanding that we needed a little extra time before checking out. It could have been more ornate/fancy, but it was adequate, comfortable, quiet and there was nothing they could have done better. Acid test; we'd stay there again without hesitation.

The beds in our room were really comfortable. Quiet and clean pet friendly rooms. Double luggage racks were provided which is really nice. Wonderful spread for breakfast with waffles and freshly made yoghurt. I like that there were cookies and cold water available near the front desk to welcome guests. Onyx was super helpful in checking us in.

Beds, blankets, pillow comfortable. Very small bathroom but it worked. Great, clean pool outside. Enjoyed swimming! Breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt dispenser (!), waffles, juice.

First of all, staff desk people were very nice... Super kind. However, our room smelled so bad. I know, I should have asked to be moved, but I didn't.

Staff were phenomenal. Although it was a bit noisy at night due to being next to the freeway, the location was great and it was close to everything we needed. Overall, recommend.

The Best Western is our go-to when we visit friends and family in Chico. It's clean, centrally located, and has an outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast includes lots of options. My kids love the waffles.
