"All in all a good stay. The room was not freshly renovated but overall the condition of the room was ok, the bed was good, we got a good night's sleep. The included snack/dinner and the breakfast made it a good deal. The airport noise was not very loud in the room so sleeping was not disturbed. Pool, spa and restaurants were not visited so I can't comment on that."

"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The room had a full sized refrigerator, a coffee maker, cook top and microwave plus a full set of dishes. One thing to note is that it is located on a very busy street and intersection so the traffic noise is very loud at times."

"Hotel Bellas Artes is located in a perfect place, next to metro and many places to check out including several markets. There's great food like Cafe Tacuba Miralto, Panaderia Ideal and so much more. The staff is super helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel. They Centro Castellano was first class but was closed down on 1 April. There is no longer a good restaurant to which to invite clients or friends. There is no bar when one can converse easily. The main bar is loud and more like a night club than a hotel bar. I had to arrange to meet people away from the hotel if I wishes to have a normal conversation."
