Front the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Greated by the staff and hotel manager, Jacobo Lachin, with a refreshing drink and cold towel to cool down from a hot Thai day. Mr. Lachin was the most gracious host, explaining the hotel amenities available to us and thoughtfully explained the value of the upgrade to the lounge floors which we requested. It turned out to be the very best choice as we were able to wine and dine the afternoons away!
We absolutely recommend this as a place to stay in Bangkok, great central location for most of the visitor sites and a welcome retreat from the excitement of the city…
We very much hope to return one day!

"Excellent service from concierge, front desk and housekeeping. Property seems a little dated but very clean and well looked after. Floor 35, great views. Breakfast had a lot of selection, I really liked the way they did their egg station, the rest of the food was lukewarm and wasn’t replenished quick ..."
