"Walked from airport to hotel, the check in was very smooth as was the check out. the room we had (1197) with a queen bed, the room had a soiled bench seat, a corner hanger for the curtain was missing, the washroom did not have adequate lighting or ventilation, the provided in room coffee wasn't used because we were unfamiliar with the style of "brewing" HVAC was adequate, TV was useable, house keeping was very good, bedding was clean and done right, so all in all the accommodations were sufficient but pricey, breakfast buffet was an additional charge and the food and dining area was always top notch. The staff was always very attentive and polite. - "

We used the restaurant and the meal was good, though small with limited sides to order. We ate on a Sunday night and were disappointed when they asked us to order desert/drinks at 8pm (due to closing at 9pm), very odd. Breakfast offered a good variety including Western and Japenese options. "
