"We were so happy with our stay here, the staff were wonderful! Helpful and attentive even before we arrived! The apartment was clean and well equipped! We loved that after a day of wandering the busy streets in Venice we would head back to this quiet peaceful area! Thanks so much!!"

"We were given a room on the first floor. When we opened the door, we detected a musty kind of odor. Upon opening the bathroom door, the odor increased. It was coming from a drain in the floor. We covered the drain by taping down paper towels over it, closed the drains in the shower and wash basin and opened the window. Luckily, the smell diminished so that we did not have to change rooms. Upon some research on Google, found out that the canal itself added to the odor. We’re thinking the upper floors are not affected."

"The room was not expected from what was shown in the booking photos. There were insects inside of the room upon or entering. The painting on the wall wasn’t even straight; crooked. Definitely a borderline 3 star."

"We had a great stay at hu Venezia. The resort is clean, quiet, pet and family friendly. Having the restaurant/cafe on site made it easy to eat before exploring Venice or after getting back. They offer a shuttle service that takes you to and frpm Venice for a fee. This was VERY convenient, just look on their website or ask the front desk for help."
