"The property has a very Tuscan country feel and the staff was very welcoming. It was quiet and safe and the room was clean and large, bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here, the location is a very convenient hub for branching out to see various cities in the Tuscan region."

"The property was in a nice location cute town with a nice view, however nothing in the hotel room worked. No lights in the bathroom, no light in the room with the bed. No outlets worked. One of the outlet was hanging out of the wall as if it was in the process of being worked on. I only stayed one night, left super early in the morning to, so I didn’t complain to the staff but for anyone staying longer take this into consideration."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

"Everything about this hotel and property is amazing. The grounds were built on an original land that was used as a farm so the views of the surroundings are 360° of breathtaking views of tuscany! The property offers multiple amenities including their amazing infinity pool and bottega bar overlooking the amazing sunset eveynight! The service of the employees of the property was amazing. I truly recommend this property and stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy tuscany at it’s full potential!"

"Only stayed for one night but the hotel is in a perfect location with a bedroom view of the tower. The double glazing was amazing with no sound of the tourists who were just outside our window. It is super close to restaurants and shops. Room and hotel were really clean and a good size room. Would definitely stay again."

"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. It's near Florence (~30 min drive in evenings and ~1hr during the rush hour) with plenty of free parking spots near it. It's placed in a not extremely crowded city (Empoli) which is nice. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"
