" First impressions: the drive and facia of the hotel is beautiful Check in: flawless. My prior online chat was evident and already in play. Reception: Liza is remarkable. She never seems to go home! She remembered my room number 5 days after check in! Breakfast:Maître D Akeesha (apologies for the spelling) has a great team. They keep a relatively tight ship. Maid service: impeccable. The entire place, buildings and grounds are spotless and beautiful. Pool is warm, not too big, but welcoming. (For those who like to find fault - there is one tile missing on the poolside ;) No job is too big, or demanding, for everyone in this place. I rarely give 5 stars. Then again, I rarely am THIS impressed! Little Note, for hospitality management / staff … when spraying the cleaner onto a vacant table, in the restaurant, guard the spray splatter with your cloth (nobody likes to sit eating, whilst being sprayed with some level of detergent from the next table) Keep up the good work, everyone!"
