We stayed here as needed a washing machine as travelling for a month. The hotel is excellently positioned, but that is for me the only positive. The food was awful and repetative, but I do have high standards were food is concerned, so that may be me! The hotel felt like a UK caravan bathroom had the plastic mouldings you get on a caravan and walls had same plastic coverings and edgings you get in a caravan. The size of rooms were very small. ( and yes I have been to Tokyo before so aware that space is limited) The washing machine was not user friendly and ended up ruining some clothes. Everything about this place is basic and I think I will book a better place next time and pay for laundry.

Good location, has all basic amenities you would need, very hard mattresses

The property here is great the public bath and clean and free and the staff communicate well and were very nice. The room I had was great and big and I like how the toilet is separate from the sink and bath tub. I didn’t like how the face washes and other amenities are downstairs and not on every floor so if I wanted a face wash or new bath towel I had to go downstairs. I also didn’t like the laundry room, the hotel is big but only has 10 machines,5 washers and 5 dryers. They need more in the laundry room I had to wait 40 minutes to dry and I wanted to go to bed. Overall it was an amazing hotel. Would definitely go back.

The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very pleasant. Staff is formal. Neighbourhood has lots of small interesting restaurants. Not a tourist area.

The property is huge with great garden. The room is good and relatively large in space.
