"Breakfast was small but there was a set choice at a set price for hotel customers. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortble. Small bathroom but all needed for a great stay. Near the train station and the JR Yamanote loop which was perfect to explore all areas with ease. Staff were very helpful and room could be cleaned daily if wanted. Great stay"

It is a convenient, less-than-10-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station. • Excellent Upkeep: Rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. • Thoughtful Amenities: Complimentary water and tea are available on every floor—a very nice touch. • Exceptional Service: The staff is consistently polite, professional, and eager to help. Cons • Fixed Climate Control: During my stay in cold weather, the building was set to heating only with no central AC. Because the temperature isn't adjustable, the room became quite hot and stuffy. While opening the window helped cool things down, it did let in street noise. • Traditional Key System: The hotel uses physical keys rather than access cards. Guests are required to return the key to the front desk every time they leave the building, even for a quick trip to a convenience store. Overall Verdict This is a solid choice for travelers who prioritize a fantastic location and great service. However, if you are looking for a sleek, modern hotel with high-tech amenities and individual climate control, this might not be the best fit for you."
