The WiFi was an issue our entire 4 day stay. We told multiple staff members working the front desk and it was never corrected. Upon check out I mentioned it again and they acted shocked to hear this! Another guest leaving at the same time from the 6th floor also complained about the lack of WiFi. Our room was also not cleaned on our second day and I had to call for clean towels. The hotel is a great location but could definitely stand to update their WiFi technology.
