"Great room, great restaurant, convenient access to the beach. Small but nice gym."

"Check-in was smooth and the location is convenient, but my main issue was the overall condition of the property. The photos online don’t reflect the current state very accurately. During my stay there was construction work underway, including installation of a second lift, which made the shared areas dusty and the environment noticeably noisy. The restaurant also felt quite dated and looked neglected. The room itself also needed attention. The general upkeep felt tired and outdated, with paint marks, visible nails left in the walls where pictures were missing, and water stains on the walls. Even small details were overlooked—there were empty information folders with no useful content, and the telephone in the room wasn’t working. While it’s not directly the hotel’s fault, the adjoining premises appeared abandoned, and the pool there had stagnant water and a strong, unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, the odor made it uncomfortable to stay in the room at times, and the view of the pool with putrid water was very unpleasant. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner was ok."

"Huge modern room, great location and staff were very helpful. Shower was fantastic nice hot water and great pressure. It felt like everything was new in the room. Tv still had the plastic on (never used it) A/C worked as expected etc."

"It’s a basic, budget hotel. But everything was clean, and the staff were great. There are several friendly cats (and a dog) that live on the property, and I enjoyed interacting with them. "

"What a special place! My room was spotless and the staff were warm, kind, and attentive, and always willing to help with whatever I needed. The setting is fabulous - right on the ocean with a magnificent pool. The sea breeze was delightfully cooling as we ate delicious meals in the restaurant. The small raft was a super fun way to access the hotel when we arrived, and added to the tropical adventure atmosphere. "
