"Some rooms lights dont work, bails sticking out of floor, you call front desk with an issue they dont come fix it. This property is ran by people who stay here so they don't care. Most the staff is rude and has attitude but its cheap if you need a room and dont have alot of money"

"We experienced an issue with our initial room assignment with a very strong cleaning solution that was used . I developed shortness of breath, chest pain and a rash about an hr infuse the room . We met with the front desk manager who was so kind , attentive and helpful - kudos to Andrea !! She immediately responded and provided us with another room which we were grateful for. She’s a 20/10 !!! For customer service. The breakfast options were great , tasty and the coffee was outstanding!! Staff we spoke with were cordial, friendly and polite… On check out we were greeted with a “ how was your stay “ a thank you for staying and wishing us a safe trip home. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area .👏👏"
