The maid took our towels and trash one day, but hadn’t restocked by 3:30 pm, which was inconvenient."

As much as we paid for our one night (which was a bit ridiculous in price but only decent hotel available), the sink and bathtub should have worked properly. The staff being so friendly and attentive is the only reason it was 3 stars and not lower. "

"The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never ever again…."
