It is quiet, spacious and clean, abd has a reasonably well equipped kitchen. "I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. "

"The service was outstanding and breakfast delicious. I had issues with the rooms. The first I was given the toilet was damaged and the room I was moved to was dirty. They solved the issue. One thing that I assume they cannot change, is the bad odor that comes from the bathroom. I called reception and they said that when it is too hot outside the fumes from the sewer comes up the tubes. I had to open the balcony door to let it out. It was bothersome but I preferred to stay rather than moving into a third room. "
