This was the WORST hotel we have ever been to! It was dirty, holes in wall, air conditioning broken, electrical outlets didn’t work, totally a trashed place.
Hole in bathroom.
Mold and dirt on floor.
Torn and outdated chair.
Paint job on bathroom door.

You can definitely twll that the staff are just used to the complaints, our room's AC didnt work, without any fuss, they just upgraded our room almost immediately. The staff they their best but it seems like the hotel's condition is just out of their hands.

The staff were fine and the linens we clean but the condition of the property was rough. The shower dripped all night and the caulking was filled with black mildew - I was not comfortable using it. There had obviously been significant leaks in the past as the ceiling was roughly patched and stained. Won't be staying here again

Hotel smells. Outside door left open. People smoking in adjacent room. Entry door wouldnt close without forcing. Towels not replaced when dirty ones removed. Place is a dump and would never go back
