The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

So they moved us to a different property that was a significant upgrade and didn't make any change to the fee we had already paid. Our group loved the new property and appreciated VRBO's excellent customer service. My answers above are for the new property we were moved to, not this property."
