"This property was like finding a diamond in the rough! We visit the Pagosa area about 5 to 6 times per year. Every time we visit we stay at a different property - some have been OK and some not so good. This place checked every single box we have. The location is incredible. You can get to Pagosa Springs, Bayfield, Ignacio, and all the places in between In a very short amount of time. The property itself is amazing. Next time we visit, we will bring good walking shoes so we can traverse the acres and acres of BLM land that this property has access to. The house itself is beautiful. It’s just the right size for 2 to 4 people. The finishes are superb. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The layout is fantastic. The amenities in the house were nice. The bed was comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and communication through the entire process was fantastic. We are going to keep our eye on this place… Every time we visit we will make our plans around the availability. In fact, one day the owners might just sell and we’d love the opportunity to own this gem!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Brian and Robin (homeowners on site) were super accommodating. The home is very clean and well stocked with all the basics. Even though the cabin is near the owners home, it is private and you don’t even notice they are home. The hot tub was very clean although we didn’t have time to use it. The only downside was the bed was a bit squeaky so you just get used to the sound when you roll over! Great stay and we will be back!"
