"This place caters to you like no other. The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested."

"Great service with plenty of stuff to help everywhere, all inclusive package made the difference since prices are quite high for everything in there, having all inclusive was the right choice, everything is great and super clean, only disappointment was the one bedroom suite is offered as two beds (Kind/Queen) when really is a King bed and a sofabed, for my 15 yo the sofa was OK, but the sofabed for a couple would have been a really bad experience since is really slim and you can feel even the pipes under the slim mattress. Everything else was great."

"The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take them out."

"There were a lot of amazing things about this property, including the large rooms with working air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working while we were there and it was a lot of steps to get to our room from town every day. Also, our door was very hard to open and close and we notified the staff, but nothing was done about it. I also asked them to come clean the shower since there was hair in it from the previous guest. They did come and clean, but they didn’t clean the hair. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. So there were a lot of pros but a few cons. We stayed there for three nights and there’s not a lot of places to eat dinner nearby."
