"My biggest issue were with the eievators - long waits, crowded, stopped on just about every floor due to staff using the same elevators as guests. No room service. Breakfast buffet inferior to just about every other hotel I’ve stayed in. Although there was a restaurant, hours were limited and there was no room service. Rooms did not have a microwave. All staff members were wonderful. They really need all elevators running and a dedicated elevator for the expansive staff. What should take 2 minutes can take close to 10 because of the elevators."
