We are located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse. This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa sleeps 6 and features a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. To make your trip to paradise even easier, we've included bed and bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Your Villa provides 2 parking spaces.
Complimentary washers & dryers are located on property. Heated indoor pool is open April thru November.

Sweat weekend get away
Loved everything a out the property the location the surrounding businesses proximity to the areas we were visiting.
The only thing i would add would be a listing of the local restaurants that delivered.

Great place to stay
A mother daughter getaway! Perfect location. Super clean! Had everything we needed for a long weekend! Lights in the ds bathroom were out, sent a msg to property mgr and she got right back to me. Saw Chris (I think was his name) and he immediately went and got new bulbs and got us straight. Highly recommend!

Property was clean and tidy. Communication with the owners was great. Super kind and friendly. Traveled with my spouse and 2yo daughter. My family enjoyed the pool multiple times a day. Enjoyed grilling on location with accessible grills. Our villa was perfect for our needs. Water park across the way was included and a hit with my kiddo. Have already recommended to friends and family for a getaway vacation even with kids. Would recommend to anyone looking for an friendly enjoyable stay

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The location was easy walking distance to the Assateague bridge and many food trucks/restaurants, yet was very quiet in the later hours. Our kids loved the indoor pool and the extras offered. We are already planning a repeat stay!
