Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Ski and bike storage. Private parking along the property. Ping-pong table available. Walks possible in the vineyards around the cottage. Welcome to the heart of a winery in the Savoyard foothills. This fully independent accommodation overlooks the vineyards, offering unobstructed views of Lake Bourget. Comfortably furnished, it offers two bedrooms and a spacious terrace for relaxing, as well as an outdoor relaxation area with a ping-pong table: a highly functional base for a stay in Chautagne.
