"Property is great condition. Recent renovations and friendly helpful staff. Clean place with great pool in the center. Breakfast comes in 2 flavors American or Indonesian. AC units on the far side of registration desk get hit with direct sunlight and struggle to keep the rooms cool. "

"Such a beautiful resort, spacious rooms and gorgeous pools. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit hard for our liking but overall a lovely stay "

"Loved the pool has table and 4 chairs to sit drink eat etc,loved the massage room with massage table and spa, loved my massages ordered thru hotel, big outdoor projector to view at night only, tvs in room, reception front desk staff very informative and if they are not sure they will check and let you know asap, staff were amazing yo my son,downsides, pool burns on my 6 year old, no microwave, no kettle/jug to make your own coffee tea during the day or night... overall I would come back here...

"部屋のトイレが壊れていたり、洗面台の水道の蛇口が壊れていて水が出なかったりして大変でした。また、シャワーは何とか少し出ましたが、お湯は出なく、水でした。ホテルのスタッフに相談すると、部屋を変えてくれましたが変更後の部屋も同じ状況であり、大変でした。"
