"LAst minute booking. WAs pleasantly surprised as the hotel, though by no means luxury, was very clean, the rooms had everything required for a short stay and the tea and coffee facilities and the biscuits were appreciated. Bathroom small and a little dated but clean served its purpose. Good location at the quieter south shore and convenient for the Pleasure Beach and across the road from the sea front . The free parking saved us money and the breakfast was good and plentiful. WOukd stay again without hesitation."
