"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. "The most basic thing you expect is the shower drain shouldn’t clog. I was literally standing there for 10 seconds and I had water up to my ankles. I wanted to wash my hair because it was dusty from the train and couldn’t because the drain was totally clogged. I also informed reception and all they could say is that their technical team wasn’t on duty today and would come and check it out tomorrow.
