"We had an excellent stay at this hotel (Kai Room) and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, especially the long bench, which was very convenient for placing our luggage. We also appreciated the complimentary water dispenser, the free self-service laundry available on every floor, the free shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, and the bicycles available for guests. The live band music in the evenings created a wonderful atmosphere, and having a café that opens early was a great convenience. The hotel's close proximity to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom. That said, we understand that keeping resort bathrooms spotless can be challenging due to the sand and beach environment, so it didn't significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."
