"I am an owner of a company in the service industry. There were two staff in particular that made my visit exceptional - Ajay (pool area) and Palwinder (sardarji at front desk). When I first entered the lobby, Palwinder was professional and provided excellent customer service. When I walked through the lobby various times, he always acknowledged and greeted myself and other guests. I highly recommend staying here. There is a view of the taj mahal from the skydeck. In the pool area, you can order drinks, food, etc."

"Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage. "Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "

"I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of accountability and transparency shown by the management. A hotel stay should feel safe and secure—here, I felt neither. I left with the impression that guest safety and trust are not taken seriously. Having travelled a lot in diff countries and continents to see it happens in my home town where we booked this it disappointing . Until they address these issues and implement proper security measures, I cannot recommend this hotel"
