"The kids and chaperones were playing a game inside and outside and sat on or against the hot tub cover, and the owner cursed and yelled at them over the outdoor camera. It was very unprofessional to curse at and yell at young people like that. The chaperone tried to have a reasonable conversation but the host continued to yell and curse at her over the camera. She ruined their one night in Kodiak. We will not stay with this host or at any of her properties again."

Very comfortable home, quiet neighborhood with frequent passes by seals and sea otters. Loved it and would highly recommend. "
