"First off, great service. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel smelled great and our rooms were quite nice and comfortable. The pool was also pretty okay. I did not go to the bar or breakfast so I can't necessarily comment on that. The only downsides were that plastic cups weren't replaced on a daily basis and the air conditioning for the second room was not maintained prior to my stay. The engineer that helped us opened up the ac filter, only to find that it was frozen over. However, customer service regarding that was very kind and understanding. I definitely enjoyed my stay there and would probably come back in the future."
