Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7.

For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during you stay, only after you depart.

* All guest must be 25+ except for children with parents
* 6 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate count
* There is a camera on the front door and patio as well as the back patio for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
* No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event.
* No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control
* We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies and such. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.
