"The property was not at all as described. There is no spa, no sauna, no bar, no café. All the photographs are old. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the place feels like it has seen much better days. Shower was cold. Waterproof mattress cover was uncomfortable. "

"Beautiful property and great amenities, but they did not mention anything about VIP upgrades or 20% discount on restaurant bills as you informed me. The biggest issue was the noise in the room because the window seals were damaged and our room faced the congested airport road, which was noisy all night due to buses and trucks and planes. We did not sleep well."
