"I’ll start with the staff here are great, very friendly and helpful ! The rooms cleanliness is questionable… the tubs are clean and wiped down but the caulk has signs of mold and mildew. The walls , doors and baseboards could use a good wipe down and with us being in a beach front room the sand was almost inevitable so I would suggest bringing a broom or small hand held vacuum if you expect clean floors . ( that’s more of a personal preference verses the hotel itself self , it’s a beach room they only control so much ) . There was a musty smell and the curtains had stains and debris stuck to them upon entry of the room . The beds are on the more broke in side and though the sheets were clean they didn’t really fit the queen beds and kept coming off and well the mattress covers could use a good wash or replacement . They are riddled with stains just not something you want to see. They were having issues with a shortage of towels so we were given body towels and hand towels, no wash cloths and getting replacements were a bit of a challenge till the last day . They did appear to get some new ones . As far as the building itself and the amenities it really needs a good clean up . Some pressure / soft washing and some deep cleaning could really go a long way for this property . Especially in the stair ways , on the side walks and around the pool . The location is great , the beach is great but the beach entrances need to be cleaned up and cleared from vines and dead grass etc"

"It’s great if you have kids! Food is not very good. Save the extra cost and go across the street to Waffle House. Although, it gets busy they go through people fast. The rooms were a little older and had some mold spots. The air filtering through was more humid than cool. The drinks weren’t very strong and I’m a light weight so bring your own. We ended up just grabbing some and still had a great time! Entertainment was great. Ice cream was good. We loved the convenience of the market downstairs! They even had half gallon milks which my kids drink every night to go to sleep. We got a ride from the guy on the golf cart almost every time. That was a great convenience and he was kind too. Overall a 4, for sure. Nothing spectacular but a fun experience and time!"
