And Vicky, who manages the motel, was amazing--friendly, helpful, and went beyond the call of duty to reach out to us when there was an issue with pre-authorizing our credit card. She called us directly to let us know that she didn't want us to lose our reservation and asked us to call her so we could re-confirm our intention to stay at the Badger that night. Amazing! "We were on our way to the northwestern part of Wisconsin and this was the perfect stop along the way. It was quiet (although close to the highway), very reasonable and had all that we needed for a good night's rest. Call for the best rates. The owner is wonderful and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed a walk up to the campground area. So much green! So relaxing. "

"Breakfast items were fresh, but on the first morning, the milk pitcher was empty, so I couldn't eat my cereal. The staff was pretty friendly and competent. Large parking area. Motel is across the street from a family restaurant and convenience store. The walls were thin. I could hear people in next room. Overall, a nice motel for someone on a budget. I would definitely stay there again."
