Tucked away at the end of a peaceful no-through road in the charming hamlet of Radford, Willowbrook House is a newly built Georgian-style country house, crafted from beautiful Cotswold stone and surrounded by 2.5 acres of private grounds.

The snug provides a more relaxed and cosy entertainment space, complete with Xbox, PlayStation and family board games .

SONOS speakers in the kitchen and sitting room allow guests to enjoy their favourite music, while underfloor heating throughout the ground floor ensures comfort during the cooler months.

For those needing to stay connected, Willowbrook also offers a dedicated study with a spacious desk and peaceful surroundings, ideal for catching up on work, reading or enjoying a quiet moment away from the main living areas.

Each of Willowbrook's five bedrooms has been individually designed to create a restful and luxurious retreat. Beautiful furnishings, bespoke blackout Roman blinds, Hypnos or Simba mattresses, crisp White Company linens and premium toiletries ensure comfort throughout your stay. Four of the five bedrooms also feature televisions.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite

The suite also includes a walk-in dressing room with vanity area and a generous ensuite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2

A beautifully furnished and flexible bedroom featuring a zip-and-link bed, which can be configured as either a super king or two single beds, with access to a nearby bathroom.

Willowbrook is wonderfully suited to family gatherings and multigenerational holidays, with spacious living areas, extensive gardens and plenty to keep younger guests entertained.

For families travelling with little ones, we can provide three travel cots, two fold-out children's beds, two highchairs, children's dinnerware, cutlery and cups, along with family board games and outdoor activities.

Travel cots and additional children's beds are available on request.

Maximum occupancy is 10 adults. Additional fold-out beds are suitable for children only.

We are delighted to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs at Willowbrook, so your four-legged family members can join you on your countryside escape. Dog bowls, towels and a welcome pack are provided to help them feel at home. A small additional pet fee applies.

Guests have exclusive use of the main house and its gardens. A separate, detached two-bedroom cottage and garages are accessed via a shared driveway.

The owner occasionally stays in the cottage, so you may see him or his car on the driveway. The cottage does not overlook the main house or its private gardens, ensuring you can enjoy your stay in privacy.

The cottage can also be rented alongside the main house, providing two additional bedrooms, subject to availability and an additional charge.
