There was no breakfast and no communication to guests that breakfast was not available. If this was the case then guest should have been partially refunded and alternative options communicated. People book B&Bs because they do not know the area. Room not tidied in mornings, towels not replaced, tea facilities not replenished, rubbish bins not emptied and my booking was a Deluxe room??

Gem in the Cotswolds

Great well renovated place in a nice area where parking was very easy. It was run by a lovely family who appear to try very hard to do well in the hotel business.

disgusting

The pictures on the website are from previous owners, the place is disgusting large family sharing all the facilities with the guests, enter from side entrance smelling of curry, steps covered in cardboard and rubbish. Outside cowsheds disguised as bedrooms, where ashtrays full to the brim with cigarette ends rubbish and bonfire rubbish everywhere, room disgusting old kettles, dirty cutlery and cups doors don't shut properly, misleading, disgusting, no wonder we only saw 3 other guests, never again should never have opened to serve general public. DO NOT BOOK

Disappointed

Firstly, we booked family which it show the pictures very big and garden view. But when we arrived the lady put us in a small room with two beds no garden view as in description. Secondly, breakfast was almost empty and the breakfast room was full of dust the floor and tables and everything. Not very nice at all We were just walk straight out then the lady offered to do us English breakfast The hotel is refurbishing but the price the we paid for is quite expensive for what we received. Not very good experience at all
