"I booked this hotel for my daughter, who was there to watch a show as her 21st birthday present from us. I let the hotel know that this was the case and to our surprise they arranged balloons in the room and a bottle of prosecco. This was such a nice touch and really made it feel special for her, so I am both really impressed and very grateful to the staff that did this and went the extra mile.
